Meet Michael

With 30 years of experience in real estate, I have been licensed since 1994 and have built a solid foundation in the industry. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 15 years in the construction field, gaining valuable insights into property development.

My approach to servicing and representing clients is centered on meticulous planning and execution. We have well-established systems in place that cater to both buyers and sellers. I pride myself on my easygoing yet professional demeanor, which resonates with clients and consistently leads to successful outcomes.

What sets me apart from the competition is not only my extensive experience but also my lifelong connection to the greater Puget Sound area. Having lived here for my entire life, I possess an intimate understanding of the region, enabling me to provide clients with tailored insights that align with their preferences and taste. When you choose me as your real estate partner, you're selecting a trusted advisor with deep roots in the community and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Mukilteo

Mukilteo is a hidden gem. Just about 25 miles north of Seattle. Legend has it that the name of the town itself comes from a Native American word meaning "good camping ground." Those of us fortunate enough to call Mukilteo home couldn't agree more. Although our residences are considerably more sophisticated than tents these days. We have gorgeous views of Puget Sound from just about everywhere in town as well as views of the Cascade Olympic Mountains. Ferries regularly take residents and visitors across the sound Whidbey Island and beyond to the breathtaking San Juan Islands. Those of us who like to get outdoors--and, really, that's what most of us--love the 20 miles of trails in Japanese Gulch, an 800 acre park that's also home to a large dog park and mountain biking. Every summer, Lighthouse Park hosts a three-day celebration called the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. The festival attracts thousands for the food, art, entertainment, and, at nighttime, fireworks. Because of the beautiful location and the views that surround us and the small town charmed them remains here, Mukilteo has been called one of the best places in America several times. If you'd like to learn more about Mukilteo, let us know. We'd love to show you around and help you find your perfect.
